Kalaki – Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Kalaki, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we’ve designed a simple and transparent return, exchange, and refund policy. Whether you’re trying out a new saree or sending a gift, we’re here to make sure the process is smooth, fair, and hassle-free. Just follow the timelines and conditions below, and we’ll take care of the rest.
1. Cancellations

Full refund to original payment method or Kalaki Wallet

15% deduction for refund to original method

No deduction for Kalaki Wallet refund

Cancellations not allowed (most items are made-to-order)

15% deduction from refund; refunded to original method only

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return window:

Raise return/exchange request within 1 day of delivery

Premium members: up to 3 days

Not eligible for return/exchange:

Customized products

Jewelry & accessories

Blouses
-
Used, worn, or damaged items

Items without original tags/packaging

Products with more than 15% discount

Product condition required:

Unused, unwashed, and with all original tags

Sarees must not be draped

Footwear must only be tried on carpeted surfaces

All returns are subject to quality check

Return handling charges:

₹200 or 5% of product value (whichever is higher)

Customers with high return frequency may be charged 10%

3. Refunds

Refund to original method for Premium customers or specific cases

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds issued within 7–10 working days after quality check

Reshipping may be allowed once (at Kalaki’s discretion)
