Kalaki Refund & Return Policy

At Kalaki, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. While we aim to deliver premium-quality sarees and a seamless shopping experience, we understand there may be exceptional cases where a return or exchange is needed. Please review our policy below carefully before making a purchase.


🔁 Return or Exchange Conditions

  1. Return Request Window:
    You must raise a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@kalaki.in or calling our support at +91-87883 16985.
    Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

  2. Wrong or Defective Product:
    If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you may be eligible for a refund only if you provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

    • This pre-opening video must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    • Claims without a valid video proof will not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

We do not offer direct monetary refunds in most cases. Instead, we provide:

  • Store Credit (same value as your order)

  • Exchange for another product

Please note:
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchange & Store Credit Options

🧾 Store Credit:

You’ll receive a coupon code of your order value sent to your registered email ID.

  • Use it anytime—no expiry date.

  • Can be redeemed on any product on our website.

🔁 Product Exchange:

You can exchange the item for another of:

  • The same value

  • A higher value (you’ll pay the difference)

  • A lower value (we’ll issue store credit for the difference)

📦 Return Guidelines

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Sarees with fall/pico or edging will not be accepted.

  • Customized products and sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

  • Only one-time replacement is allowed per order.


🔍 Quality Check

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a QC (Quality Check). If approved, your replacement or store credit will be processed promptly.


📝 Important Notes

  • Images are for representation only. Slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to lighting during photography.

  • Decorative items such as purses, jewelry, etc., shown in images are not included unless mentioned in the product description.
