Refund Policy
Kalaki is committed to satisfying and delighting our customers. Our goal is to offer you the best products at the best prices, with the hope that our relationship will continue as long as your love for Indian goods remains. However, in the unlikely event that you need to return a product, the following terms will apply for a mutually agreed-upon return.
Kalaki’s Returns and Exchange Policy allows you to return or exchange items purchased on the platform for any reason within 2 days of delivery. After 2 days, customers will not be eligible for any type of refund or return.
You are welcome to try on the product, but we request that it remain unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If a seal tag is provided with the product, ensure it remains attached and intact to avoid any issues during the return or exchange process.

- Gift cards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete product, please provide the following evidence within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Send these details to our customer care WhatsApp number at +91 8788316985:
- Unboxing Video
A video capturing the entire unboxing process, starting with the sealed package and showing the product as it is removed. This serves as evidence of the product’s condition upon arrival. - Received Product Image
Clear images of the product, highlighting any visible damage or issues. Take photos from multiple angles to provide a detailed view. - Parcel Condition Image
A clear photo of the package in its current state, showing any external damage or discrepancies. - Shipping Label Image
A picture of the shipping label on the package, ensuring all details such as tracking numbers and shipping information are visible.
Ensure the images and video are clear and organized to help expedite the process. The return/exchange request will only be validated and processed after we have reviewed and authorized it.
Important Points:
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges will be provided, or store credit of the same value will be issued.
- Agreement to Policy: By purchasing from our store, you agree to our return and exchange policy.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchange/Return Options:
- Wallet Credit
- Product Exchange
Wallet credit: We will provide you with a wallet credit equivalent to the value of your product, which will be sent to your registered email ID. The wallet credit can be used to purchase any product from our website at your convenience. The best part? The credit has no expiration date, so you can use it whenever you like!
Note: Exchanges or replacements will be delivered to the same address where the original product was delivered. If you wish to receive the exchange at a different address, we recommend opting for store credit. You can then use the store credit to place a new order with the updated address.
Exchange :
We offer exchanges for products of the same value or a product with a different value. If you choose a product with a higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference. If you select a product of lesser value, we will settle the remaining amount on our side.
If you wish to exchange the product you ordered for one of higher value, we will provide you with a coupon code equal to the value of the product you returned. You can use this code when placing your order and pay any remaining balance during your next purchase.
If you prefer to exchange your product for one of lower value, we will ship the new product as soon as we receive the returned item. The remaining balance will be credited to you in the form of a credit note.
Note:
- We do not offer reverse pick-up services. In both cases, you will need to courier the parcel to our warehouse at the following address:
- The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Sarees with fall and edging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellation of prepaid orders, a cancellation charge will be deducted based on the product amount.
Once we receive your product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC). After verifying your parcel, we will proceed with your request.
